Agency Account Executive



We’re looking for a talented agency account executive that has a passion for sales and media. This role will be working across one of the major media agency
groups and will be required to support the agency account management team to deliver revenue across airtime; solutions,
experiential and digital revenues.


Experience Required;

  • 3rd Level qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in either sales, events or promotional work
  • Proven record of working in a high pressured sales environment with ability to deliver great customer service
  • Experience in working on multiple campaigns
  • Ability to manage client expectations and effectively manage workflow

Key Responsibilities;

  • Working within a team to deliver sales solutions to clients.
  • Dealing with advertising agencies and the top brands on a daily basis.
  • Build relationships with media agencies through work and social events.
  • Working with creative content and station programming teams to ensure
    campaign delivery, on time & to client brief.
  • Oversee project management of all campaigns and commercial events.
  • Build and produce monitoring, competitor and analysis reports using
    Media Monitors and other monitoring tools.
  • Manage & monitor client executions and quality control of all campaigns.
  • Create and Pitch creative solutions to Key Advertisers.
  • Manage day to day incoming calls, identify what they need and help
    prepare suitable proposals for existing and new clients.

Business Intelligence & Insights Manager



To be successful in this role you need to be highly analytical, with a strong intellectual curiosity and be comfortable responding to and structuring ambiguous requests.
You will also have a passion for working with databases and a willingness to develop this and other technical skills. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment and work with sales teams to figure out exactly what is impactful to clients. Your stakeholders will not always know what is possible, so it is important that
you ask effective questions to get clarity in addition to managing expectations on what you can deliver.

Key responsibilities will include conducting custom analyses, preparing and delivering client and agency presentations, providing consultative advice to
Media Central’s agency teams and responding to client and agency requests. You will become an expert at using data and turning it into compelling stories.
He or she will also have the ability to shape suitable commercial strategies in response to client briefs.

  • Leverage Media Central’s audience data to create innovative, custom analyses and tools to address business challenges
  • Extract and analyse data to generate actionable insights which are displayed in a visually compelling manner.
  • Build cross-functional relationships and partner effectively with other teams for collaborative opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, programming and station management teams to provide analysis and reporting for strategic purposes.
  • Have the ability to create a strategic rationale to spark brilliant ideas and commercial campaigns;
  • Develop repeatable narratives for internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal and external stakeholders as it pertains to data usage, insights and measurement
  • Manage Media Central’s marketing communications and be involved with client briefs.


Basic Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or consulting
  • Experience and high comfort level with data analysis and storytelling
  • Experience turning data into actionable insights
  • Experience of presenting in a convincing manner to internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team, with proven experience of dealing with senior stakeholders.



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in advertising / marketing / business strategy ideally in an agency or advertiser environment.
  • Experience of working with agencies and an excellent knowledge of the media landscape.
  • Experience with project management and working cross-functionally with sales teams and senior management.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong capabilities of using market research tools such as TGI, media research database Mediastar / JNLR and online analytics tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, presentation, statistical and data analysis skills
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Solutions Account Manager



Media Central is the sales team behind 9 of Irelands most successful Radio Stations, Newstalk, Today FM, Spin 1038, Spin South West, 98FM, Beat 102-103,
Classic Hits 4FM, iRadio NE & iRadio NW.

Media Central is based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Dock and since its launch in 2014 has disrupted and changed the role of media suppliers in Ireland.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for driving solutions revenue and creative commercial
content with one of Ireland’s leading media agency groups.


The applicant will be required to deliver outstanding account management, develop an agency growth strategy & produce creative and innovative advertising,
solutions & sponsorship campaigns across our range of radio stations and social & digital platforms. The candidate must have a deep understanding of all
elements of the agency market in Ireland and must thrive within team environments whilst also possessing leadership qualities.


REPORTING TO: Business Director and Management



  • Achieving Sales Targets, driving creativity throughout our network.
  • Communication is vital and working with key stakeholders to deliver campaigns
  • Work within their team to create & deliver innovative advertising, solutions & sponsorship campaigns to achieve revenue targets
  • Respond to client briefs and develop both existing and new client relationships
  • Oversee project management of larger campaign and commercial events.
  • Develop and deliver face-to-face presentations.
  • Manage & develop new products & revenue streams.
  • Responsible for delivery of solutions campaigns within your agency groups.
  • Responsible for regular financial reporting on agency performance.
  • Working with creative content and station programming teams to ensure campaign delivery, on time & to client brief.
  • Manage & monitor client executions and quality control of all campaigns.
  • Build and produce monitoring, competitor and analysis reports using Media Monitors and other monitoring tools.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry verticals, related events, publications and announcements

  • Proven track record of key account management in a sales organisation or within an agency
  • Existing track record in achieving sales targets
  • Understanding and experience of media sales and digital marketing
  • Understanding of broadcast sponsorship, promotions & commercial content
  • A passion and talent for advertising & media
  • Excellent client service skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Mediastar, AdDynamics, & Media Monitors preferred
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven and focused on results
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Word/Powerpoint/Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiating skills
  • A keen interest in how technology can be used to improve advertising solutions for clients
